Error updating MS versions (Full Version)

When updating from v10 build 20080404 to latest, I get the following error:

"Error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified log file location exists and is writable."

The error occurs after clicking the update file and is extracting the MS for Exchange.MSI file.

From this server where you are trying to upgrade, if you go to Start > Run > type '%temp%' (without quotes), does this take you directly to the temp folder or does it take you to another folder within the temp folder?  Perhaps there's an environmental variable that's off when trying to run the setup.

Thanks, Matthew. The temp folder referenced in the variable did not exist. Once I created it, the install worked as normal.
