For the most part our recent deployment of the agent across our network appears to have been successful. But I have a handful of agents I'm not able to deploy the agent on. The error message in the deployment status for one installation states "An older version of GFI Protection Agent (version 3 Build 20070617 is installed) and the installation fails.
I have another agent that fails installation, but doesn't report a reason why. When I look at the Application event log of the PC, I find the following. Any way to get rid of the old agent, or some other recommended method to fix this?
