We do not have printers selected as a controlled device in the Device Categories list, however when viewing reports on device activity we are generating thousands of pages daily reporting on USB printer activity. Is there a way to filter or exclude all activity based on the processes C:\Windows\System32\spoolsv.exe and
C:\Program Files\HP\ToolBox\FX\bin\HPTLBXFX.exe? Since printers are not a controlled device, it would be preferable that any activity associated with printers be ignored by the application.
