A user had an email come in from a client that was dropped in the SPAM folder. He moved it to the INBOX and a second email came in from that client at about the same time and it arrived unscathed in the INBOX. This isnt a feature of GFI......is it? chaz

Chaz, No, this is not a feature of GFI MailEssentials. Did your user happen to respond to the first message? If so this would have added the sender to the autowhitelist and the second message would have been whitelisted through to the Inbox.
