Anyone out there have any advice on the best way to delete email older than 90 days off of the Exchange server after Mail Archiver has archived the messages? I have a few ideas but they may be better in idea than in practice. I know you can setup group policy to have Outlook auto delete, but I was wondering if anyone found a better solution?

By far the simplest method is to enable Mailbox Management rules on Exchange. Find your recipient policy in Exchange Manager and you can configure auto-deletion of some or all folders when mail reaches a certain age.

Thanks for the info. I found the settings you were referring to. I never knew they were there.
