HI -
We have downloade the latest release last week to help combat the large amount of NDR emails we are getting. I aso activated the New Sender feature so they would go into the new sender sub folder. this all seems to be working ok.
My trouble is that a few users have emails getting nto the new senders folder and they want a way to mark them as ok. These are eamils that come in from un monitored accounts that you don't email to in the first place. (Bank statement notifications, Stock purchase automated emails, reminder emails from places that auto send them with no user te recieve emails).
Is there ayway to "Mark" an email as don't put in new senders anymore?

What you can do is have the user send a blank email to the address, that should add it to the whitelist.

You do not have to have the New Senders module enabled for GFI MailEssentials 12 build 20080508 to block the NDR messages. If this is causing problems with your users please disable the module, the NDR's will still be blocked.

The easiest way to not have the messages go back to New Senders, if you want to leave it enabled, would be to have your users reply to the message. This will then add the user to the autowhitelist and make it where New Senders will not catch the message.
