Hello,
I have installed an evaluation of webmonitor4 three days ago.
All my updates failed (antivirus, phishing, database) :
WebGrade Database last updated on: Failed: Impossible de se connecter au serveur distant
Anti-virus last updated on: Last update check failed.Connection failed. Check accessibility and ISA auth. requirements for *.gfi.com.
The account of webmonitor can surf the web directly on the isa server and can open gfi.com
What should I check ?
