AMacdonald -> Error 3110 when labelling (4.Jun.2008 10:29:27 AM)

One of our users has just started labelling his emails. The first label worked perfectly but since then, every time he enters a new label he receives "Error:3110 StoreIsReadOnly". Where should I start looking for this one?
