Web filtering applies to IP range (Full Version)

Hi there
I 've installed ISA 2006 and GFI Webmonitor 4. The server is not a domain member. Now I like to configure a webfilter policy and apply it to a range of ip addresses. But the "Applies To" page allows only selecting user, group and IP. I only see these tree options in the listbox.
There are no options to allow configure an IP group, IP range or network.

Is this normal as designed? or is there an option missing?

My question: how can I apply a policy to a range of IP addresses without entering each single IP?

according my knowledge  you cannot enter ip range. u have to enter ips one by one.
