Sirs,

i'm facing a problem with GFI ME is that I created an html file including 4 paragraphs with multiple languages. only the arabic language is not recognized...i'm seeing ??????????????????????????????????? instead of the real paragraph.

please advise....

Is this a disclaimer that you are trying to configure or just a normal message you are trying to have pass through GFI MailEssentials?

of course it's a disclaimer but with 4 languages (English, French, Spanish & Arabic).
I tried both Text and HTML Template, but with no luck!
knowing that Arabic Encoding on the SBS is installed and I can read/write Arabic.

Please submit a support request for this at http://crm.gfi.com/Customizations/SupportIssue/support.aspx?lcode=en as we will need to take a look at logs and the original message to resolve this matter.

Sir,

I'm still in the evaluation period and I didn't take the decision for purchasing it till I know if this option could be arabic enabled.

I don't have a customer ID and my License Key is demo, what shall I do?

Maroon,

Go ahead and submit a ticket so our support deptartment can take a further look at your issue.  As evaluation goes you are elegible for support.  For your customer ID please enter EVAL and for the license key you can do the same.
