These files should be 240KB.  Do you have any antivirus or backup software running on or against this server?  If so please make sure ..\Program Files\GFI and ..\Program Files\Common Files are excluded.  After doing this you will want to cycle out your dlecache files like you did when dealing with support.

Status: offline 		nope, no antivirus on this machine...I will try and replace the dlecache files again
