Try to look through the log files -- WebMonitor's and ISA's. \Program Files\GFI\WebMonitor\DebugLogs\WebMonSrvLog.txt is the right one. If you need more information you can turn the debug mode in the registry: \HKLM\SOFTWARE\GFI\WebMonitor\Debug (create the key if it doesn't exist) and set DWORD value = 1, than restart WebMonitor.
