Hi Support,
I'm having problems with my Event Manager 8 Report Pack. When I try to generate a report, the message "Could not generate scheduled report. Value does not fall within the expected range" appeared on my scheduled report activity. We stop receiving report there after. Please do advise on what is the path forward.
We are using Event Manager 7 previously and we didnt face any issue as mentioned above. The Event Manager Report Pack 7 is still installed on the current Machine. We can provide any information that you need to advise us further. We did an upgrade to version 8 on the same Machine.
