poma -> Failed to gather required information.(Requested registry access is not allowed) -is a great problem (8.May2008 9:42:37 AM)

Some days ago I changed my policy settings and tried to deploy all workstations. After it I have a big problem – about 60% of workstations were not deployed. For all of this workstations the status (Up-to-Date) on GFI-console is “No (Update pending)”.
When I’m deploying any of these workstations, I see this record in log - “Failed to gather required information. (Requested registry access is not allowed).” Nevertheless, the agent continuously sends logs to the server.

Everything what was discussed here is not applied to my problem, because:
-         From server console I have an access to remote registry of any workstations (I can read/write). I have already checked it.
-         Log-on credentials are correct, because another 40% of workstations were correctly deployed (all of WS are members of one policy and one domain, so they use the same credentials – domain administrator, also I used this credentials to check the access to remote registry).
-         all WS have an AV, but the GFI-folders are not scanned (it is set in the policy of AV according with GFI’s manuals). Also I tried to disable real-time scanning.
-         The “Remote registry” service is running on all WS.

Because of this problem I can’t uninstall the agents from this WS (from GFI console) and I can’t apply another policy to it. And I can’t remove the agent from WS console, because there are no instruments to do this ( … I can, but this process is very hardly).

I need help!

p.s. sorry, for my english.

This problem was solved by starting GFI EndPointSecurity Service with log on as domain administrator (not Local System account).
