Hi,

We are using FaxMaker 12. It's ok to fax out the tif file.
However, the tif file is enlarged.
We fax out the tif file with one page, and fax machine will receive 2 pages with larger font size.
I try to send the same file(one page) in Excel format,and fax machine receive 1 page with normal font.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem? Thanks.

Hi,

I found this article before I post the question and I did follow all the property settings of the TIFF image in the article. However, the result was still the same.
Any other suggestion?

What I suggest is that you download IRFanView, this program is a free software that can open tif and all kinds of image files.  You can install this and associate just tif an tiff files with this program.  Then in the GFI FAXmaker Configuration under Advanced and Document Conversion, add the extensions tif and tiff, then restart your FAXmaker services.  Then test it out.
