My customer report that they need to know when the update process went and the status. The only way we can see is on each engine gui. But there is no log.

The update of what? You can have status mails sent everytime the antiphising and the antivirus updates.

Each engine update log. Like each antivirus vender does, they provide update log to let admin can check anytime. WebMonitor now only provide email notification and show on web gui about last update and next update. Of course I can write a program to retrive info from email and save to log db, but it is best GFI can provide such function to customer.
