Hi,
I have MailSecurity 9.0 installed on same server running Exchange 2003. Two ago I noticed that quarantine notifications aren't receive by users. The administrator doesn't receive quarantine approval forms by emails anymore.
Any ideeas?

sec4aa,

If you go into GFI MailSecurity and click on Licensing what does it show for your licensed users and users available?  If you go into your content checking rules and click on actions do you have this configured to generate messages to the administrator and local user?  It's possible that something may have happened to the configuration and these are not present.

I have 100 licensed users and the current number of users is at 55. I have checked the Actions and I have Notifications for local user and for the administrator both checked. I have sent myself an .exe file from outside account, it got stuck in the quarantine but no notifications.

What build of GFI MailSecurity 9 are you running?

Can you reproduce the issue and then take a look at the realtime monitor in GFI MailSecurity to see if you see the message being generated?  Do you have any anti-spam products installed such as GFI MailEssentials?

Thanks John,
You were going in the right direction. I have GFI MailEssentials loaded and I have a blacklist rule to kill everything with my domain name coming from the outside (lots of spam with forged emails). That prevented these messages from reaching me and the users.
