FlexSurferOne -> Very slow file download when WebMonitor installed (4.May2008 2:02:07 PM)

I'm using the 30-day evaluation copy of GFI WebMonitor 4 with MS ISA 2006 on Windows 2003 SP1.
& the issue that once it's installed the downloading speed becomes very slow for the users on my network. i was able to remove the status download screen the shows when a user download a file & disabled the Antivirus Engines that are part of WebMonitor but still no improvment at all.
Is there anything i'm missing here??
