Clomtourque, Well it could be a few issues so lets narrow it down. After making the changes to the routing make sure you have restarted your GFI FAXmaker Services. Then test. If it still goes to the Administrator (or the Default router), then please look at the body of the fax email. This should have the DID/DTMF digits that it was passed if it does not then this could indicate an issue with either GFI FAXmaker not reading the digits or the phone system not passing them back. If it is there then we need to be sure that the digits are correct and match the routing that was set up. Please do this and get back to us. Thank you.
