JanZoet -> RE: while accessing Information store using web browser (18.Apr.2008 9:23:17 AM) Hello ss_shine, When you access this section of the interface (that is only present when MailSecurity is installed on the Exchange server) the software will try to read some registry values. My guess is that these registry values are missing on your system. Did you recently change anything on your MailSecurity machine? Can you please check if the following Registry entry is present on your system: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\VirusScan If it is not there I can send a registry file to you in order to import it.
