Now, some GFI detect some mail and need to move to "spam folder", but this email is for domain B, instead of fowarding it move to Global action "Delete" How can i foward them to domain B for processing. I may need to add 3rd exchange for 3rd domain

liuhy, Are you using the action 'Move to subfolder of users' maillbox' as an action? Note that this action will only apply for the mailboxes which are available on the same Exchange machine as the installation of GFI MailEssentials which blocked the email. To resolve this issue, you would need to use the rulesmanager to create rules for the spam emails, as follows: What you must to do solve this issue is the following: GFI MailEssentials has a tool called the RulesManager, which basically allows you to quickly create rules of Mailboxes on Exchange. What we will need to do is run the Rules manager on each Exchange Server, and set the following rule: "If an email contains the Subject [SPAM], move to Subfolder (or Junk E-Mail). - RUN THE RULES MANAGER LOCALLY
- On the Exchange Server that has GFI MailEssentials installed, please run the following:
<\GFI\MailEssentials\rule>mgmt.exe - Enter the Domain Administrator Credentials and Profile in order to create the Exchange Rules
- Tick the Mailboxes you wish to be effected by this rule, and select configure.
- Click the Folder you wish for the emails to be move to.
Note: If you wish for them to be placed in the Junk Mail Folder, you have to enter "Junk E-Mail" - RUNNING THE RULES MANAGER REMOTELY
- CHANGE THE GFI MAILESSENTIALS RULE TO TAG AS SPAM
- Open the GFI MailEssentials Configuration
- Anti Spam > Keyword Checking Modules > Properties
- Under the Actions Tab, set the rule to tag as "SPAM"
- You must perform this for each AntiSpam Module within the GFI MailEssentials Configuration
