By "Sending Server" you mean another company's mail server? I'm not sure that's a reasonable request to make of the multiple companies whose email is not getting here.

If it's not the PDF scanner, then any ideas what it might be? It never seems to make it into Exchange's queue.

Hello sreece,

Yes if this issue is happening for PDFs originating from a particular domain.

You can check the SMTP logs on your machine as well, before checking with the sender so as to determine what is happening.

Just like to say thanks to GFi on this issue. After the latest build, our PDF spam just about ceased to exist. Job well done.
