Per Sec Regs we need to archive all our emails on a read only media, CD/DVD. I got this program so we can archive all our emails, but i am having a hell of hard time exporting all emails out and it is getting very frustrating, i checked out the bulk export tool and it does not give me an option to export emails out for ALL users. Its first of the month and i need to do this ASAP per regulations.

We don't have that many users, maybe about a dozen with mailboxes and I would like dump all emails out to a file or soemthing using MailArchiver and store it on a cd, i can copy the FDB db but they won't be able to view anything and it is cumulative, i would like to do it by month by month period.

Any assistance in this matter would be highly appreciated, or alternatives or workarounds etc...if this can't be done, please let me know, I'll look into another product for our archiving needs.

Hello

Bulk Export tool exports emails for all users in the .eml format. Use a date range to specify the month

Thank you Rodion.
i've been trying, without success, i log in as admin and do a search fro 'Received Date' 'IS BEFORE' xx-xx-xxxx. It only gives me the emails for the currently logged on users, who IS the Administrator, what am i doing wrong ? I need to pull Received & Sent Emails for ALL users in the org. we don't have many less then a dozen. Plz assist.

i put the admin in full acess group uner access control. and wola it worked!
