Here's how: http://www.hmailserver.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3812

You can also use Spamcop reporter for Outlook (or so). It's mentioned in that forum I linked to.

Personally I like to write a little macro/script in AutoHotKey (http://www.autohotkey.com/). Autohotkey is a simple recording thingie (you can also manually write a script) that simulates mouse movements, clicks and keyboard button hits, so you could press record, forward as attachment, press Stop Recording, add a hotkey and compile it. You'd get an executable that forwards the selected mail as attachment (or not, whatever) to your spambox when pressing a hotkey.

@dbu, have a look at http://www.outlookcode.com/

But why not enable the public folders instead and drop the mails there?

Need this because i have NO public folders.
I mean gfi is a real good spam detecting system, but without a public folder (no exchange server) your in troubles to add SPAM or HAM into Filter. Only way is to use remote commands. I feel very bad to tell users "Please forward mail to rcommands@.... and add the word ADDASSPAM ........".

Best practice would be that GFI ME would scanning some imap or filefolders structure (a Mailbox). like salearn  -ham ... -spam from spamassasin.
