Event manager works fine, but I can't get any reports at all from the report pack application. Says, "An error has occured".

Hi,

Can you describe the problem in more detail, like when does it occur, what version of the ReportCenter and EventsManager ReportPack are you using,etc

Event manager 7.0 build 20061006
Report pack build 20061016

In the default reports, we right click on a report, click run and then click the timeframe for the report. A progression meter runs as if it is building the report. An error comes up which says, "An error has occured". If we move that error out of the way, the progression meter in on "get sub report records from database". We we click ok on the error, it goes away and nothing happens.

Apps are on Windows 2000 server w/ sp4 using SQL 2000, sp4.
