Hi
The ISA server does send an default error message 504, if an adult website is identified and blocked. Is it possible to change these default message to an individual page, which make it more noticeable for the user, that the entered page is blocked by the GFI filter.

I tried to modify the error message files form ISA Server directory ..\ErrorHtmls, but the modified message will never be displayed. What did we missed to activate these modified messages?

Is it the WebMonitor Blocking page you want to edit?

If so then you will find the page the user sees in :[WebMonitorInstallFolder]\Interface\BlockingMSG.html.

edit this page to modify the blocking page layout that the user sees, you could also modify the javascript if statement to show a different message/layout on different Blocked Categories etc.

just make sure you take a copy of the original before you start messing
