Mark,
I Installed MDAC 8.2 SP1 and the latest Jet Engine for Windows 2000 like you suggested. Everything is now working properly.

Should you encountering this issue when running on Microsoft Windows 2000, please ensure that you are running Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) version 2.8 and the latest Microsoft Jet engine for Windows 2000.
