Hi,
I've been playing around with the disclaimer function in ME12. I noticed that it is possible to add certain variables from the menu. Variables like date, sender name, sender e-mail, receiver name and receiver e-mail. Are there any other variables that can be added? We are very interested in adding a variable for someones job description (ie. CEO or sales representative).
Is this possible in ME12 or is this more of a feature request for a new version?

Hi,
Unfortunately what you are requesting is not available in GFI MailEssentials 12. However this will be added as a feature request.

Got to add a 'me too' to this one. We have a standard signature format, including disclaimer. However the signature includes job description and direct dial telephone so we can't use the global disclaimer for it.

This seems to be a HUGELY popular request.
Lots of folk have requested it several times for at least the last 2 releases.
Is there any way we can get a progress update on this?
I mean is it 10% likely to be included or 90%

Can you give me more information regarding what you mean by adding Graphics?
You currently are able to add images to the HTML Disclaimers. More information on how this is done can be found at the following link:

Mark,
I'm guessing he means adding pictures native to the disclaimer, not calling them from an external domain. We've tried using the current feature but got some reports of mail being marked as spam because of the use of remote images.

then you mean base64-encoded pictures (ie, images converted to html within the html-body)... Outlook does this automatically in HTML signatures. But if the GFI disclaimer are to support this, a bas64 conversion of the image has to be done within GFI.
