In Outlook, the only option you have for automatically cleaning Users Junk e-mail folders is automatic archiving with the "delete permantly" alternative. In Outlook, there's no good way of controlling this (ie, archiving is the only solution, no GPO's or anything available). It would be a nice feature to have in GFI MailEssentials. Ie, GFI goes through each users' Junk e-mail folder and deletes any mails older than XX days.

you can do this in exchange. check 'exchange > recipients > recipient policies > new policy > mailbox manager'

yeah, but you can only have 1 mailbox manager rule specified there. So if its used for something else, you're out of luck.

Sorry, badly formatted by me; but you're missing that Users can only be hit by 1 mailbox manager setting, se MS kb http://support.microsoft.com/kb/319188 So yes, you can put several up, but a user can only be hit by one of them.
