My Exchange server services users on the domain that its on as well as another domain in the same forest. If I turn Directory Harvesting on and try to test via native AD look-ups i can only look-up the e-mail addresses on the first domain. LDAP doesn't allow me to do both domains either -- i can only pick one. Any ideas?

Do these domains have any relationship? Do they form part of a parent / child domain? Thank you!

They are domains within a same forest xxx.company.com and yyy.company.com. I'm running Exchange 2003 with all SP & patches, ME 12 build 20060628 & MS 10 build 20060721 on the same machine. The machine is a member of xxx domain and is not a DC. I have 2 DCs on each of the domains, 3 are win2k and one is win2k3.
