NOTE:  This topic contains information regarding the changes within the various builds of the GFI EndPointSecurity ReportPack.
The first entry will contain information about the latest build of GFI EndPointSecurity ReportPack, while the posts below contain information regarding previous builds of the product.

Latest build of GFI EndPointSecurity ReportPack

Changes within this build include:
  • UPDATE: Check for updates has been implemented in Help menu to check for new builds of ReportCenter framework
  • UPDATE: Default scheduling options node has been moved to the Tools menu and applies for all ReportPacks, unless overridden
  • UPDATE: Improved error handling for missing .NET 1.1 framework
  • FIXED: Next scheduled report time is now calculated from last report time, not from time in which last report was generated
  • FIXED: Next schedule time for a report run using a past date/time will be rescheduled to the current date/time
  • FIXED: Minor user interface issues

What's new within GFI EndPointSecurity ReportCentre 3.5

The GFI LANguard EndPointSecurity 3 ReportPack is a full fledged reporting companion to GFI EndPointSecurity. This reporting package can be used to generate graphical and tabular reports based on the data collected by the GFI EndPointSecurity agents.

The following is a list of different reports that can be generated: 

  •  Executive reports: Provide an overview and trend analysis information of device usage through graphical reports
  •  Statistical reports: Provide device access count information, both per device and per user 
  •  Top 20 reports: Provide the top users and computers with device activity
  •  Technical reports: Provide detailed technical information about connected devices, which users used which devices, what files where transferred, and more…

GFI EndPointSecurity ReportPack makes use of the new GFI ReportCenter reporting technology.
With the functionality offered by the GFI ReportCenter you can: 
  •  Generate reports on the fly
  •  Export generated reports to PDF, XLS, DOC, RTF and HTML
  •  Generate reports on a schedule and send results by email
  •  Save reports that are generated on a schedule and the results that were emailed
  •  Save scheduled reports to disk as PDF, XLS, DOC, RTF and HTML
