Unfortunately, I every morning clear EventLog after it I shall read through. Besides in him in general is not present and there are no data on start or job of program EndPointSecurity 3.0.
Thus at present EventLog empty. I can send it in 1-2 days of job of system.
And patterns of safety I did not change politics of safety, all costs by default.
But it is necessary to mean, that I put the controller of the domain not on an empty place, and in already existed domain windows-2000 on which as it was not started EndPointSecurity. However at once after installation Windows-2003 server EndPointSecurity 3.0 it was established and normally some days worked.
Unfortunately, I could not define the moment during creation of the controller of domain W2k3 and installation on it of the software after which EndPoitnSecurity 3.0 it has ceased to be started

Hi,

Please uninstall the lately applied Microsoft updates and check if EndPointSecurity application is working properly.
If not, try uninstalling EndPointSecurity 3.0 main application using the following steps:
1. Copy EndPointSecurity3.exe (ESEC install kit) to c:\
2. From command line run: C:\EndpointSecurity3.exe /log C:\uninstall.log
This will create a uninstall.log file on your C partition. Create a folder named "ESECUninstall" and copy into it the following files:
-c:\uninstall.log
-C:\Documents and Settings\%UserName%\Local Settings\Temp\ESEC_v3_installhelper.csv (this is users temp folder)

If no error was generated during uninstall process then try re-installing EndPointSecurity using the below steps:
1. Copy EndPointSecurity3.exe (ESEC install kit) to c:\
2. From command line run: C:\EndpointSecurity3.exe /log C:\install.log
This will create an install.log file on your C partition. Create a folder named "ESECInstall" and copy into it the following files:
-c:\install.log
-C:\Documents and Settings\%UserName%\Local Settings\Temp\ESEC_v3_installhelper.csv (this is users temp folder)
Let me know if EndPointSecurity was installed properly. Also, can you start now the EndPointSecurity main application?

Please zip the created folders (ESECInstall and ESECUninstall) and send them to me along with the Support folder generated after running again the troubleshooter.

I'll need your answers on the below question in order to clarify this issue:
1. Are you using clustering and/or network boot?
2. Why is your Windows directory set as C:\Documents and Settings\zevs\WINDOWS? This information was taken from trouble.txt file sent by you (it's a troubleshooter file).

First I shall answer last questions:
1. Are not used
2. The operational system on all controllers of the domain and all computers of the domain is established in C: \Windows\
Folders Windows in C: \Document and Installation \zevs\ do not exist. I do not know, whence you have learned it!?
And besides:
Within 5 days of work in EventLog there was no message connected with a policy of safety or with EndPointSecurity 3.0,
therefore i not send EventLog to you.
On the controller of the domain on which updatings from Microsoft are established, has been removed EndPointSecurity 3.0, and repeatedly to establish it is impossible - there is a mistake at installation. I about it have already written.
On the second controller of updating from Microsoft have not been made. On this controller of domain EndPointSecurity 3.0 it is established, but it is not begun.
Other questions I shall make all tomorrow on work.

Hi,

Please do the following:
1. On your domain controller enable the Audit Policy > Audit Process Tracking and enable the Success, Failure audit options
2. Restart the Domain Controller
3. From Start Menu> Programs > GFi EndPointSecurity 3.0 > start GFI EndPointSecurity 3.0 application
(please note down the time when this start attempt was made – a screenshot will be helpful)
4. Export de Event Viewer > Security category and send it to me. It should contain an audit failure or success for the EndPointSecurity 3.0 process.

Has sent
EventLogSecurity. Program EndPointSecurity 3.0 was started in 11:45:03 PM and in 11:50:01 PM. In both cases appears only two records: start-exit
