Is it possible to specify multiple email recipients? If I separate the addresses with a semi-colon, clicking Apply changes the semi-colon to a UniCode %3BB, which is the Greek letter Lambda. If I put in a comma as the separator and Apply, it puts in a UniCode character for a comma %2C , but I don't get the emails. If I put in just one email address I do get the alerts.

Enhancement request: Allow me to enter a separate email address that will only get "download blocked" emails regardless of whatever other email alerts are set up. Our previous product let us do this and we had it set to the email address of our Help Desk program. When the Help Desk system receives an email, it automatically creates a new ticket and uses the email information for the call details. This was a superb way for us to record everything caught by the virus scanner and justify its continuing support costs.

Thanks,

Ray
