I don't understand why GFI bother to release "evaluation" software.

I started evaluating WM3 last Friday and now, nearly a week later, despite GFI people having replied to other threads on this forum, I have not received a reply to my threads and am still no closer to resolving the problems I have had since day one.

The web monitor checks a url, returns 7 [Adult] Adult content. Added to... and then doesn't always add to the ISA server's URL set. The result... unblocked content.

Hello? Does anyone at GFI care that the latest release of your software doesn't work?

I guess my ISA server could be mis-configured but as a rough estimate, I'd say I get about 30% of URLs added correctly.

In the mean time, can you generate a set of debug troubleshooter files over to forums@gfi.com and reference the url of this thread in your mail?
