Hi,

I am using GFI Faxmaker 12 and has been installed on Microsoft Exchange 2003 server. I have a problem when trying to send fax from Outlook by using Contacts in Active Directory. When sending fax and choose the Contacts from Global Address List (GAl) in the Outlook, fax was failed to be received by recipients. But if the email address was manually typed (not using GAL), recipient managed to receive the fax.

Pls advise.

I have the same problem when i install gfi  on the exchange 2003 server(sbs2003) i have now installed gfi on win2003 std but this server will be virtualized to esx so i must migrate do you have a solution for this problem?

Are you getting any kind of error messages or transmission reports that further elaborate your issue?  Possibly an IMCEAFAX... something in the transmission report?  Have you specified the public contacts in the GFI FAXmaker configuration and verified a test to them has succeeded?

The exchange queue (faxmaker connector) messages stays in de queue as retry state

now is gfi installed on a win2003 server but when i install gfi on the exchange server (sbs2003) the faxes cannot be send
