Is it possible to use the Outlook address book for every addressing detail EXCEPT the first and last name of the person you are sending the fax to? I am employed by an insurance company. Our products are sold through independent agents who often only have one fax number per location but multiple employees who might receive a fax from us. We have set up a "Agency Contacts" address book with entries for each agency. What I'd like to do is be able to select the agency (business fax) from the address book and then somehow feed the first and last name of the recipient through some other means (perhaps through some TextAPI commands or a custom outlook form?). I know about one-off faxing (e.g. [fax: name@company@number], etc) and I know that I could use the FAXMaker fax client. However, our agency address book supplies the company name and fax number quite well already. We are running FAXMaker version 12.0 build 20051118. Thanks in advance. DSR

How would you like to supply the first name and last name in the fax, or you do not want to supply them at all? If you do not want the first name / last name to be shown in the coverpage, you can just remove the fields from the coverpage itself.

I have an outlook address book which successfully supplies the company name and fax number fields for our agency faxes. What I'm looking for is a way to use that address book while manually supplying the first and last name. From what I can tell, this is an all or nothing situation: either you supply name, company, and/or fax number manually (a.k.a. one-off addressing), or you use an Outlook address book. I want to merge these two techniques so I can manually supply addressing information that isn't practical for us to store in our agency address book. Also, I do not want to use the FAXmaker form. It is probable that this can not be done as I envision it. Thanks for the reply, DSR

I've decided to use the FAXmaker message form instead of fighting the Outlook form. DSR
