Our config:
Faxmaker for Exchange 12, split installation, Exchange 2003

My first Problem is, I am not able to send faxes from Outlook with Recipients with this syntax "123@faxmaker.com". I receive an Error from MTA that I'm not a Faxmaker user, but I am. On Faxmaker Server I see that the messages are tracked in smtpin-Log, so I think the problem could only be located on Fax Server. The Fax Server is configured like in manual described.

The second problem, I want to send Faxes with Java-Mail (only html mails possible) to xx@faxmaker.com. How can I send such mails with sender-name included, so that Faxmaker can identify the sender as an valid Faxmaker user?

Schrempfi,

Please perform the procedure below:

1. Stop the FAXmaker Message Transfer Agent and FAXmaker Fax Server services.
2. Send a fax that reproduces the problem
3. Zip up the files in <FAXmaker\sinkdrop> directory
4. Start the FAXmaker Message Transfer Agent service
5. Check if there are files in the FAXmaker\Out directory. Zip up these files.
6. Start the FAXmaker fax server service, and confirm that the problem is reproduced.

Please send me the files gathered in steps (3) and step (5)

Send me also a set of troubleshooter files as follows:
The troubleshooter files can be generated from the FAXmaker troubleshooter program that can be found in the FAXmaker program group. Please answer the questions set by the troubleshooter as accurately as possible. Once the troubleshooter program is finished, it will create a number of files under the FAXmaker\Support directory. Please compress all files in one zip file and send it over to us for analysis.

Send the files to support@gfi.com and include the url of this thread in your mail.
