Hi supporter,

1. Our faxmaker service always not working for no reason, the service state showed "running", but the receiving time or sending time is freezing in server monitor. The remote restart button is not working. We have to restart this service manually by computer management.

2.Some fax will stay in faxmaker queue without any sending failure message.

Our faxmakser version is
FAXmaker for Exchange
Version 7.0(build 20010716)
Additional information
Version to report 8.0.0.20010716

Software installed:
MS Exchange server 5.5
Anit-virus for Exchange
Anit-viurs 8.1.0
(exclude folders
\fax_incoming_archive
\faxmaker
\winnt\temp)

Win2000 srv SP4

Please send us a set of troubleshooter files to allow us to investigate your issue further.

The troubleshooter files can be generated from the FAXmaker troubleshooter program that can be found in the FAXmaker program group. Please answer the questions set by the troubleshooter as accurately as possible. Once the troubleshooter program is finished, it will create a number of files under the FAXmaker\Support directory. Please compress all files in one zip file and send it over to us for analysis.

Please send the files to support@gfi.com and reference the url of this thread.
