i have this error when i install the client program but i allready add the user in the server i have been try evrething import from nt user add manulay but still dont work

Please specify your FAXmaker product version and the step by step procedure to reproduce your problem.

version 11 i install the fax server and the fax client both download from faxmaker server is install right i create the user importded by nt log on when am try to install the client at the end is a message say user name not found in mailbox contact the administrator even i install the ckient in the same server and i have the same problem please someone helpme

Please restart the FAXmaker Message Transfer Agent service so that the mailbox that you have just added will be created.

The FAXmaker Message Transfer Agent service is not on the services task how i will add this service

Please re-install FAXmaker. It seems your installation is corrupt. If you encounter the problem again please countact our technical support who will be able to help you better.

I FOUND THE WORK ONLY WITH WINDOWS 98 2000 BUT WE HAVE SAME WIN XP AND WITH WINDOW XP I HAVE A MESSAGE USER NOT FOUND IN THE FAXMAKER MAILBOX DIRECTORY PLEASE CONTACT YOU ADMINISTARTOR (AM THE ADMINISTRATOR) AGAIN WORK WITH THE REST OF THE COMPUTER BUT NOT ON XP ANY IDEA
