I keep trying to keyword (both in subject and body)

-lonely housewife
-housewife
-Heyz
-get banged

but none of them seem to be filtered...they sail right past GFI everytime. And yes, my domains are all added.

Matt,

Are you able to see these mails in the GFI Monitor?

Ensure that neither sender not recipient of the mails is whitelisted.

Yes, I am able to see them and No they (the users) are not whitelisted.

We have alot of keywords that are not being filtered for some reason...such as

Pharmacy
Pharmacies

....they just go right through the keyword filter

Hi Matt,

Enable debug as per the knowledge base article: http://kbase.gfi.com/showarticle.asp?id=KBID001835
When done, reproduce this issue and generate a set of troubleshooter files.
Send the files to support@gfi.com together with a copy of the mail you have reproduced the issue with.

Hi,

No files have been received regarding this case.

If you would like us to check your issue, enable debug, reproduce the issue and send us troubleshooter files to gether with coppies of the mails you reproduced the issue with.

Send the files to support@gfi.com and reference the url in this thread.
