I'd have to agree this is really a required feature and should have been done by now. It should not be that hard to do and I'd hope that GFI will do it soon. I'd be quite happy to manage it with a AD group, so all you do is tell GFI to only filter for users in a certain group. The only problem I would have is when creating new users I often forget to add them to the right groups. In fact maybe the better way would be an exclusion - all AD users are included but you can specifically exclude users, this might work better for most people.

Any news on this topic yet? We ran in to the same problem using AD account to forward mail to external recipients. So please let us know when we may see this new feature to exclude users from the spam enabled acounts. Many Thx David

Any update on this yet? I am running into the same thing and it is extremely frustrating, to the point that I am looking for alternative solutions (ie, another software product). We should be able to select what mailboxes we want the licenses we purchased applied to.
