using command prompt I see
"System error 5 has occured.
access is denied"
There is not password on the remote system.
//I have reinstalled LNSS because of error, but now it doesn't scan remote registry.
SO WHAT SHOULD I DO?
What settings should I check?

Windows XP will not, by default allow an account with no password to connect to it. It is a security policy setting that would need changed, but not one I would recommend changing.

Local Policies > Security Options > Accounts: Limit local account use of blank passwords to console only

I do NOT recommend changing this, but I believe this is the issue you are having.
