Hi, I'm evaluating WebMonitor 10 on a trial license and while it appears to have installed and configured without issue, my filtering policies are not being enforced and clients can browse any site that is apparently blocked, either in pre-built or custom policies. 
I've tried the server in simple mode and gateway mode, no change. The proxy is explicitly defined on the clients and the traffic shows on the real time dashboard, including the sites that are blocked in policies, so it is not a routing issue.
This affects multiple clients. 
Policies are applied to everyone, and I've tried the specific client IPs, no change.
I've tried warn and block in the action, again no change.
Any ideas on what to try or how to diagnose?
