Not receiving email notifications

Not receiving email notifications - Wednesday, April 27, 2016 1:40 PM
Hello, our organization is using FaxMaker Online.  I have the user settings selected to receive all notifications in the FaxMaker Online administration website:
Email to Fax Initial Notification (Success)
Email to Fax Delivery Notification (Success)

Email to Fax Delivery Notification (Failure)

I've sent several successful faxes to myself via the FaxMaker client, but am not receiving email notification that they went through.  I made sure the emails aren't going to my junk folder.  Has anyone else seen this problem before?

Hi psteinway,
This is a known limitation of the FaxMaker Client when used via FaxMaker Online where the notifications do not work. The notification settings found in the FaxMaker Online Portal apply only to faxes sent via email.
