Hi

We are considering buying GFI webmonitor for 12 users.

Is it possible to set it to that:-

user 1-4 can access any website
user 5 can only access a list of 5 websites that we specify
user 6 can only access a list of 10 websites that we specify

and so on

Also will these restrictions apply regardless of which of our 12 pc's they use as our staff don't always use the same pc?

Thanks

Yes, you can require authentication within GFI WebMonitor, which would allow you to setup custom policies that applies to specific users. These policies typically only apply to categories of sites, and not individual lists. The whitelist / blacklist will apply to all users. The categories (gaming, web mail, proxy sites, etc.) Can be applied to individual users / groups.
