initialisation failed

Status: offline 		[Confused] Faxmaker network/SMTP 11 with BrookTrout truefax200
windows 2000 server.
Drivers download from GFI.
device tested good with brooktrout device diagnostic
sends and receives faxes fine.

BUT when reboot of server the Faxmaker monitor shows the devices Unitialised cause INITIALISATION FAILED ERROR 23 [Wink]
What can be done to fix this?

Status: offline 		Did the FAXmaker Brooktrout Driver Installation wizard succeed to detect both of the card's channels?

1. Please specify the driver file name that you have downloaded.

2. If you have the Brooktrout TruFax200 'PCI', make sure that it is not disabled from the Windows Hardware manager.
