http exception timeout error - just a hint

Hi!

I had a lot of http request timeout errors when browsing the quarantine tabs in mailsecurity 10, very annonying. then I followed the instruction here(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/821268/en-us )  to fine -tune my machine.config file and it really worked! there are no more http request timeouts.
I was really surprised.
I just want to share this solution, maybe someone else has the same problems.
