1. ReportPack is good. But not good enough. I need to tell boss that in a time period, who browse and download which websites/files and the amount of download file size.
2.import and export Black and Whitelist.

This has been submitted to our Product Management group for review. Please note that the Reports in Webmon are currently being evaluated and enhanced. While I can not promise WHAT will get changed/added, I can promise the reports WILL be touched.

Hi,
Any ETA for the new release of ReportPack for WebMonitor. We just spent USD36,000 for 1500 users and the reports are not that impressive. I'm totally disappointed with this.

I agree, the reporting features are among the worst I've seen. We've used free products in the past that were capable of producing much more detailed reports. We purchased WM to work with our ISA server and now I am unable to give my boss a simple report showing a users web site history by time of day. After using other GFI products I expected alot more. Very disappointed.

It looks like they have new ReportPack

They added 4 extras, but still not enough, My ISA does require all user to authenticate yet the report shows IP address instead of username.

Close but no cigar. We allow users to browse the internet during scheduled breaks and lunch. Without a report that shows the user + sites vistited + the time of day each site was visited, this ReportPack is useless to me.

Hi,
Yes I'm very disappointed also with this reporting, I'm already happy with the Web Filtering but with the ReportPack I think 36K for 1500 users we purchase is not value for money. Please GFI Support can you come up with more detailed reporting.
