I have problem with the fax
don't send fax
the user in exchange
in the archive directory there the fax but after
don't send the users in exchange

please help me

Hi,

What is the version of FAXmaker you are using?

Is this issue with outgoing Faxes or incoming Faxes?

In the files sendlog.txt in case of a sending issue, and in the recvlog.txt in case of a receiving issue, what is the entry for this Fax?

Does this issue occur with all Faxes?

Are you running any backup software or anti-virus applications on the same machine that is running FAXmaker? Please disable any virus scanners and backup software from scanning the FAXmaker directory. This may cause problems because these type of applications will deny FAXmaker access to certain files.
