eval period problems

I downloaded the eval on 03/26/03, but could not install the software til 05/14/03 (due to timing problems). It's my understanding that I had a 60 day eval. The software has stopped working today and tells me "Your GFI MailEsssentials trial period has expired. Please enter a valid license key in order to continue using this product."
Obviously, it has not been 60 days, though the key that was generated is probably that old. I then spoke with Tory in sales about the problem. He e-mail me a new key, which I applied, stopped the (2) GFI services and started again. Still, the same message.
Any thoughts as to why even a new key wouldn't work? Thanks.

Hi,
Is this the first time that you installed MailEssentials 8 on this server? Did you move the date forward at some time when GFI MailEssentials 8 was installed?
If not please send me your troubleshooter files (davidv@gfi.com) and I should be able to help you.
